The Hamlet is an upscale, covenant controlled, gated golf community located in the City of Castle Pines, Colorado. With 61 homes, The Hamlet is proud to have a volunteer Home Owners Association board and a resident HOA Business Manager.

Design Review
Review and approvals of all exterior homeowner improvements as well as general community covenant issues.
Common Areas in HOA
Maintenance, landscaping, snow removal and improvements of open space, common areas and paths within the HOA.
Gates
Management of the HOA gates: gate maintenance and access.
Lawn Care
Weekly lawn mowing, trimming, and seasonal fertilization and aeration. Sprinkler activation and winterization. Fall and spring clean-up in all residential and common areas.

The HOA Board has contracted a management company to manage the day-to-day operations of our vendors.
Design Review
Planning Changes or Improvements?
Hamlet is a covenant-protected community, and all changes to the exterior of your house or lot, including landscaping and changes in paint color, must be approved by the Design Review Committee.
