The Hamlet in Castle Pines, Colorado
The Hamlet is an upscale, covenant controlled, gated golf community located in the City of Castle Pines, Colorado. With 61 homes, The Hamlet is proud to have a volunteer Home Owners Association board and a resident HOA Business Manager.
Architectural design controls prohibiting fences, playground equipment, and on-street overnight parking allow homeowners to experience the natural settings. This peaceful environment allows quiet enjoyment and frequent encounters with deer, coyote and other native wildlife.
The Hamlet is adjoined by The Ridge at Castle Pines North, a luxury, four-tee, 18-hole public golf course. This prestigious and widely acclaimed course is surrounded by natural Colorado beauty and provides everything avid golfers need from professional instruction and group golf to a pro shop and a restaurant with views of Pikes Peak.
Monthly association dues provide residents with snow removal, lawn and trash services, and maintenance of common areas. Residents of The Hamlet have easy access to public amenities such as walking trails, nearby restaurants and local businesses. Notable parks in proximity include the Wildcat Mountain Trail System and Daniels Park, which features miles of hiking trails, gorgeous sunset views of the mountains and occasional glimpses of bison and elk.
